2.2 Inspections in Texas are performed by licensed Texas mold professionals in accordance with Texas Department of State Health Services regulations.

2.3 Our reports reflect the conditions observed at the time of the inspection. Mold and moisture conditions can change over time due to weather events, leaks, or other factors. We cannot guarantee that conditions will remain the same after the inspection date.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

4.3 Lab fees, sample analysis fees, and follow-up testing fees are non-refundable once samples have been submitted to the laboratory.
