Mold inspection

Visual inspection, moisture mapping, two lab samples and a written report you can hand to a landlord, buyer, insurer or remediation crew. From $400, results in 48 hours.

What happens on the visit

The inspector walks every room you are worried about and the ones mold usually hides in: under sinks, behind the washer, the attic hatch, the crawlspace or basement. They take moisture readings in the walls and floors, photograph anything suspect, and note where the air moves.

Then the samples. The base test is two: an outdoor control sample and one indoor air sample, or two surface swabs if the problem is visible. Extra rooms are $75 per sample. Everything goes to an AIHA accredited lab the same day.

We are a mold testing company. If the report calls for removal, we refer you to a remediation partner we work with closely and stand 100% behind, we support you and them through the whole job, and we come back to run the clearance test. Because we never bid on the cleanup, the report is never a sales pitch.
